Starbird Chicken

Starbird is a solid burger and chicken spot, but the textures leave something to be desired. Food: The burger flavors were spot on, but the eating experience fell short. The sauces made the burger soggy, which wasn’t enjoyable for me. If you’re okay with that, it’s worth a try. The fries, however, were mediocre and under-salted. Service: Very straightforward. You can order via kiosk or online without any hassle. Atmosphere: The space is clean, brightly lit, and has plenty of seating. The decor is simple and unfussy. Overall: I’d consider coming back for seasonal menu items but would skip the fries next time.

The staff is always super friendly, and I honestly love all of their salads — especially the chicken Cobb, which is AMAZING. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend ordering online if you’re going during lunchtime because it gets busy, and it makes the whole experience way smoother and more enjoyable. Plus, there’s plenty of parking and lots of seating, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Delicious fresh food and excellent service! The Thai and Chop salads are absolutely on point—so flavorful and fresh. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is super friendly. A special shout-out to Brett, who provided awesome service and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this location!

Tried their seasonal Indian Hotbird lineup and was blown away. For the first time at a fast food joint, the chicken tasted real—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I got the Indian Hotbird, Tender Box, and Masala Fries for takeout, and everything held up beautifully. The dips are next-level: Truffle Aioli, Tamarind Mint Raita, and Blazin’ Ranch are flavor bombs. Yes, it's a bit pricier than typical fast food, but 100% worth it for the quality. Will definitely be coming back!

We frequent starbirds often. We like good food and their seating arrangement and color scheme, which makes the place cheerful and vibrant. We usually order chicken wings from this shop, so beware that the chicken wing sizes vary with no consistency. Sometimes, we get tiny wings (most of the time, we get tiny ones); yesterday, we got bigger-sized wings (the first time in a long time). I am not sure what drives that. Typically, they have more bathrooms open, but yesterday (Sunday) only one open. That causes some lines that can be avoided. Ordering and reward point systems are inconsistent between self-service kiosks and in-person ordering. You can't present your app or account number to claim for points or redeem for points through in-person ordering, I would like to see more consistency, just like the other fast food chains.

Visit: September 2024 Had Starbird for the first time and it was great! I don't remember the specific bowl I got, I just had a salad bowl with double protein. The chicken was hot and crispy and the Greek yogurt sauce worked well with the salad and chicken. I usually don't get salads when I go out to eat, but this place did it well and I felt satiated. The meal felt pretty clean overall The store was also really clean and I liked the dim lit vibe of it

This meal was a Hump day prize and this place came through for us we got the Nashville hot chicken and veggie for the husband with truffle fries (yumm!!) with a small house drink. Both sandwiches hit the spot and the fries didn’t disappoint either. A plus was the pleasant staff and that the meal didn’t burn a hole in the pocket. Definitely going back! Hoping this place becomes our usual go-to for a quick yet satisfying meal.

Our second visit to Starbird was such a pleasant surprise. The first time I tried a chicken sandwich and felt like it was missing a little flavor, but this time we went with the salads and it made all the difference. I had the Thai chicken salad and it was sauced so perfectly that I didn’t even need the extra dressing they provided. We also ordered the Elote chicken salad which was loaded with flavor and packed with enough ingredients to keep us full after just one bowl. The portions are huge, so definitely come hungry. For our daughter, we ordered the chicken tender kids box with fries and a juice box, which was the perfect little meal. There has always been a lot of hype about this place and we never really understood why, but these salads truly put them over the top for both flavor and value. One thing to note is that ordering was a little tricky. They only had two kiosks, both super laggy, which made the line look much longer than it really was. There were no staff taking orders, but once we got through the kiosk, the food came out really quickly.
